Choose stainless steel liner or glass for heat preservation pot

2021-11-17

The most common inner pot materials on the market are stainless steel and glass, and many people wonder which one to buy. Next, let's talk about the difference between the two and teach you how to choose.
Stainless steel liner
304 stainless steel is currently the mainstream material for heat preservation utensils, which is strong, impact-resistant, and not easily damaged. However, the stainless steel heat preservation pot cannot be filled with acidic beverages such as orange juice, cola, tea, etc., otherwise it may damage the inner wall of the stainless steel, and it is easy to have odor residue.
If there are children or pets at home, it is better to choose a stainless steel pot that is resistant to fall.
Glass liner
Relatively speaking, the structure of the glass insulation pot is relatively stable, acid and alkali resistant, and corrosion resistant. It can be loaded into various tea beverages, and it is not easy to leave an odor. It is easier to clean than stainless steel, but it is not very resistant to falling, and it is not easy to go out and carry.

Some people would say that the glass liner might explode someday. If you use a borosilicate glass liner, don't worry at all, because borosilicate glass has excellent high temperature resistance and fracture resistance, and it will hardly burst due to high temperature or slight collision.
